How often do we see someone get a football schlorship to Harvard?  That is quiet an accomplishment.

In recent years support for tarleton has grown tremendously, both due to the growth of TSU and it's improving success in sports.  TSU basketball is still probably the most talked about sport but that's understandable when they're ranked 4th in the country.  Coach fowler is doing a great job with the football team.  They were very young last year, but should be very competitive in the LSC this fall.  I would encourage anyone to come watch a game.  You'll see some impressive athletes even if it isn't DI.  Some of these guys can really go.

Do you think Bishop has a good chance to start next year?

No. Kid named Aaron Doyle from Evant of all places is the frunt runner right now.  I've heard some people compare Doyle's style of play to Tebow. (Not compare his talent to Tebow).  He is very solid, strong arm, and is said to have 4.4 speed.  But with that being said, Fowler is the type of coach who is going to play the best player regardless of age. Tarleton runs a pass first, run second type of offense that is desinged to put up big yards and big plays.
