For all those folks who were going to stay home and watch the game on TV, I'm sorry but you are going to be stuck wih me again. The UIL has sold the TV rights to Time Warner Cable and they are not available here in Stephenville. The press release is pasted below.

AUSTIN, TX— The 2012 UIL Football State Championships begin Friday for 3A Division 1 and Saturday for 1A Six-Man.

The 3A Division I championship on Friday, Dec. 14 will be televised on Time Warner Cable’s SportsChannel (formerly the Texas Channel), which is available to Time Warner digital cable customers in Austin (Channel 888), Corpus Christi (Channel 888), Dallas (Channel 185), El Paso (Channel 24), the Rio Grande Valley (Channel 888), Laredo (Channel 888), San Antonio (Channel 888), Waco-Temple-Killeen (Channel 888) and Wichita Falls (Channel 888).

The game is not on TV here. What he was referring to was the possibility of a replay of the game on Fox Sports Southwest. This however is not correct as Fox only tie to our game is a webstream. This is the same webstream that Tarleton was on during the LSC championships that had good to poor technical quality.

LOL to bad I have Direct TV here in Cedar Park...Got rid of Time Warner due to it being like the Austin American Statesman...a liberal RAG!!! ::) Guess Fox Sports has some comp. now....to bad it is TW cuz they suck IMHO!!But I got Tickets anyway... 8)
