Been awhile since I've been to Snyder, any tips on a place to eat there......or between here and there?

Last year we went to Dickey's BBQ after the game.  Its pretty good eating...but I am sure there are some better options in the area. When we went last year there was only one guy working.  His crew did not show up and I do not think they were aware there was a game in town that day.

There is a Jalisco's Mexican Restaurant there that some locals recommended last year. I ate there and it was good.

Try the Beehive in Albany, Tx. straight shot on Hwy 180 to Snyder. Great food. Google it!

Mary's in Strawn..
Miss Allen's in Sweetwater
La Popular in Abilene

In Snyder
there's a couple of decent Mexican spots...I like Skeet's also...not much else other than typical fast food

Allsups Burritos.

Hope the bathrooms are clean at the stadium if you eat at Allsups on the way to the game.

Excellent observation fatboy63.  I grew up in Albany and although I left before the Beehive was built I have enjoyed many great steaks and cold brews there on my return trips.  I would be interested in how you discovered this fine establishment but you are 100% correct in your assessment.  For those who wish to go a little out of their way (the Abilene location) they will be greatly rewarded.
